Nope - totally false, I missed out two crucial steps
# 2 Weeks Later Get crime sent back to you as you didnt get the shopkeeper to sign a form that has only just been introduced
# Go back to the shop to get this form signed and get told that the very same thing has just happened again so back to square one.
